Good luck!!rachellewrx wrote:We have similar stats. I'm waiting for a decision from them, too. Good luck to us!jeezy521 wrote:I applied pretty late (app. completed 2/22/16). My LSAT/GPA are 166/3.69, so I'm right around the median for both. Haven't heard anything from them since I applied. It seems like most people are getting emails for interviews within a few days. Is this a bad sign?

Yes I'm a 1L and happy to try and help with questions.mjs289 wrote:valen wrote:Admissions definitely knows about and semi-reads these wustl threads, I was told that from an admissions person directly during my cycle last year
That's what I thought. In Emory thread, the dean left a long announcement-like message, and there really is no reason to think WashU wouldn't. I feel like these schools are taking similar strategies and I've seen someone saying "my interviewer specifically mentioned TLS etc."
I think I'll be fine even if the office saw it since it is a typical move for people to go for scholly nego especially when deposit deadline is approaching and they can't make an easy decision. I doubt if anyone decided to go for nego just based on my story only really; they would have done it anyway. But just to be safe and feel less guiltyPeople saying "this inspired me to..." makes me feel like I'm the one who's making them do it lol.
Anyway, last year? Are you a current student here to take questions or something?
There's also a really great WUSTL questions thread here:

You guys forgot the most indirect $$$ savings! Missouri isn't subject to sales tax on Amazon!
Just make sure your delivery address is in MO and not somewhere random like Southern IL.

Re: WUSTL Class of 2019 Applicants
I got WL last week and have accepted that i'll probably end up at BC or UIUC, but can anyone speak to the likelihood of coming off the WL?
I saw some LSN stats that were not promising at all for WashU (something like 3 of the hundred WL apps were accepted). Still, I'm considering a campus visit and an updated resume to reflect legal research i'm currently doing if it will help get off the WL after the seat deposits on April 1st.
Any insight is appreciated

Maybe write a WUSTL interest letter or even go to the school. Say that you'd still like an interview if possible to show interest and tell them you'd like them to have a good opinion of you when viewing the waitlist.MidwestMidbest wrote:I got WL last week and have accepted that i'll probably end up at BC or UIUC, but can anyone speak to the likelihood of coming off the WL?

Logged on to the status checker today and noticed I had a date change yesterday (3/28). This is my second date change since interviewing on 2/22- my first was on 3/7. Has anyone else had date changes after the interview? Hoping this means a decision is coming soon...

After about a week of negotiation I received a scholarship increase denial followed by an increase today in that order. Didn't respond to either and both came from different people.

Applied super late (3/1)

Re: WUSTL Class of 2019 Applicants
Submitted my application this morning. Super late in the game, so not expecting much, but figured it might be worth a late flier.
Right at 75th LSAT and 25th GPA.

Just wrapped up the interview. Thought it went pretty decent tbh. Could've been better, could've been worse.
Fingers crossed an acceptance is coming soon.

Re: WUSTL Class of 2019 Applicants
I'm wondering when those who are waitlisted would hear back after the first seat deposit being due today? Monday? I was w/l in late feb/early mar.
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
