Should I send an instant LOCI or wait?

Same here. I think it's best to wait since they're not digging into the waitlist pile until May.
May I ask when you guys say "waitlist" does it mean hold or waitlist? Thanks
Waitlist
Ding. Not surprised. Oh well, Tennessee is nice and warm!

Does anyone have an idea of when we will hear something concerning merit scholarships?

The lack of tweeting by @PennLawAdmiss today is driving me utterly insane.

That's what I thought too! But they sent me an email yesterday and asked me to set up a meeting over Skype/in person. Don't really know what this means...

The poster said it was skype. Also, I know you're anxious to hear the decision but I think Penn generally announces when admission calls are made via Twitter so you'll have most up to date info there. Otherwise, it's just WL or ding via email (like me)

It can only mean a good thing. Last time, EDer was interviewed and got admitted shortly

You were in the 1/11 admit wave, right? I've been starting to wonder if anything would follow in the mail at all!
Yep, I got in 1/11 and received the package this past Saturday. Not sure on postmark; I threw away the envelope.
Returned home absolutely sure the packet would be there. Still, nothing. 15 days later and I'm starting to question whether that 215 area code phone call was a dream

Anyone applying for the Toll Public Interest scholarship? Is the video portion supposed to be us speaking into the camera for the two minutes, or more of an artistic expression of what justice means to us?
