Been on "application documents received" / complete since 10/23Dulman wrote:I can't speak to that 100%, but I did email them. I was told that "Your status will say “Application Under Review” when your application is under review."Liz_Lemon wrote:Mine says "Application documents received" (since mid-December), but at the top, there is this paragraph that starts with "we have received all of your application documents." Anyone else in the same boat? Does this mean I'm in the "complete" category or is it worth following up since the status checker still reads "received" ?Iwanttolawschool wrote:It doesn't even say complete yet? I think you should email them, I submitted in mid-November and went complete within 2-3 daysDulman wrote:I'm sitting on "application documents received" from November 4th.
I've noticed that the Seat Deposits line show up on my status checker, but of course they both say 0.
I'm not sure if that's a new addition, or I've just missed it this whole time.
Can anyone speak to this?
So....not sure that helps at all...

Re: WUSTL c/o 2018 Applicants
Hey, guys! Checking in here. I've been reading this thread for a few months, congrats to everyone who got in!
I applied in mid October as part of ED and my application got rolled into the RD pool a week later. I just got an email for an interview today and I'm kinda freaking out. Any advice? From what I gather from earlier posts, wear a suit or biz casuals and just be cool and it'll be okay. Is that still the way to go?
Any advice on the interview itself?
Thanks in advance!

first of all, congrats on getting an interview request. a wustl interview is like a prelude to an acceptance if it all goes well.
The first question the interviewer probably will ask you is "Tell me about yourself" (pretty standard Q). Then why law/why wustl/why did you pick your undergrad institution/resume stuff/have you been to st. louis. For me, that was all that my interviewer got to (mine was 18 minutes).
The interviewer sounded like he had a piece of paper and was just reading off it while I was on speaker and my responses were being recorded or being heard over a committee.
If you can carry on a non-awkward conversation for 20 min, you are good to go. Good luck~~

edit: oh and "do you have any questions for us": make sure you have some good ones other than whats obvious; ie you've done your research

I'm still waiting after 5.5 weeks. Hopefully it's sooner for you. To my knowledge, no one has been rejected after interviewing (yet). It's a good sign.LawsRUs wrote:Anywhere from 1 day to 5 weeks, acc to this thread. :p

I've been sitting on "application documents received" since 12/17. I emailed the admission office and they told me that my file is currently under review.

Re: WUSTL c/o 2018 Applicants
Lurker coming out of the shadows here. Hi everyone
I'm a St. Louis native that's been out of the area since undergrad + two years.
Was invited to interview yesterday; scheduled for tomorrow. I know that most of you have posted that invites to interview are basically indicative of admission. My LSAT is pretty low for WUSTL, though my GPA is stellar as are some of the other parts of my application (if I do say so myself). Wondering if we have any updates on any post-interview rejections or WL's.

Just confirming what others have posted: "App docs received" = complete and/or UR. (per email from admissions office)

heyyy you sound kinda like me. nyway if an interviewee hasnt been offered admission, she or he seems to be in a limbo state (my thoughts unless someone can provide an unfortunate counterexampleorganize56 wrote:Lurker coming out of the shadows here. My LSAT is also on the lower end, and my GPA is higher to compensate (I suppose)...I was interviewed 12/18 and have been UR since then. Still waiting for a decision, unfortunately.organize56 wrote:Lurker coming out of the shadows here. Hi everyoneI'm a St. Louis native that's been out of the area since undergrad + two years.

Got in, my first T20 acceptance! I was interviewed before winter break so there's still hope for people who haven't heard back post-interview for a few weeks. PM for numbers.
