Hahah, I know, that was a terrible way to put it. I'm actually super excited post-ASW.

...not that that's a reason not to give me an answer Yale. Please do.

Didn't I read somewhere that their greatest spike in applications is right before the deadline? So they've still got mounds of them to go through. If they're serious about considering them all the same (regardless of submit date), then in theory, they've got more than 1 or 2 or 10 spots left.

...Yes, I'm talking to you, the poster who gave me a minor heart attack before I worked that little sliver of hope back into this thread. Legitimate question, though, any other takes on it?

Edit: extraneous comma after "theory"? Can't tell anymore. I'm losing it, guys. I'm losing it.

no movement on facebook group, still only ~50% filled assuming everyone joined. so unless there starts to be a steady trickle of ~3 a day for the next 30 days or so, there probably should be one more large bolus of admits.

they set the group's visibility from closed to secret though, lol, i wonder what happened to instigate that change...

In my world the majority of applicants (especially those with LSN profiles) apply earlier in the cycle hence the relative lack of acceptances after the beginning of march. This + the fact that the fb group is half empty helps me sleep at night and dream of that sweet acceptance call...

It's either that or antidepressants

Shoot, is there any advantage to applying for housing now? (pretend this is the HLS thread for a second haha)

Nope, 1Ls cant even submit an app until April, still as long as its before the end of April, you're in the same boat as someone who submitted April 1st. Mrs. Worm is just scoping out the possibilities.
You can submit an app for HUH starting March 1.

I heard that dings are via the electronic mail system, with a subject line like "Yale Law School Admissions Decision"
