has anyone emailed them with fall grades updates? i know they said not to send stuff unless they ask, but my fall grades significantly improve my gpa and i'm wondering if i should just take the chance?

I sent them an email on Monday letting them know I had sent an updated transcript to LSAC and gave a brief overview of my grades. If you're grades went up I would definitely send it to LSAC and email Chicago giving them a heads up. However, Chicago is the only school that didn't respond to my email... You might have more luck than me though!

And I also went UR 1/7 from a 12/8 complete... hoping for a decision soooooon

i also sent them an email and this is what the admissions office responded with:

Thank you for your email communication. Unfortunately, as discussed on our website and in the email notice indicating your application is complete, once the Online Status Checker indicates your application is complete, we are unable to accept any updates to your file unless your update is in reference to Question 20 on our JD application regarding disclosures and disciplinary actions. If upon initial review your application is waitlisted, you will be notified as to how you can update your application at that time. We look forward to considering your application.

Ugh they never responded to me. That's unfortunate, because LSAC will automatically send my updated transcript to all the schools once it's processed, I guess Chicago will just disregard it... Oh wellllllll

Bank called me yesterday and I freaked at the random number (before seeing it was from Atlanta, GA). Roommate called and woke me up this morning and I jumped up out of my bed trying to find my phone in a panic. Going crazy in advance. Awesome.

If you can just tell us about when you went complete (September, Mid-October, etc.) that should be very helpful. Full list of complete and UR dates would be even better.

Seriously, will <3333 everyone who posts when they went complete and whatnot Is a huuuge help if people do that!

Also, according to the magical spreadsheet, people who haven't gotten in won't hear tomorrow. And I'm 99% sure that no school ever calls waitlisted/rejected people to tell them that. That would probably be super tacky.

I just glanced at LSN, but last year there were very, very few WLs/rejections in January. It was usually either a September applicant or someone with auto-reject numbers (I'm talking like 150s/low 160s LSAT, low GPA, non-URM). So even though they're doing things a little bit differently this year, I would speculate that we're only going to be hearing of admits the next day or two.
