I received a similar "Are you still interested in IU-B?" e-mail to the one posted above silghtly over 2 weeks ago. It said they would likely reach a decision within ten days. They are either running behind on that date for me, or I should be receiving a snail mail letter today or tomorrow.

My letter did not include the "We have over-extended our funding for the year" line, so it looks like they ran out of money in the last two weeks. Hopefully, I am one of the reasons they ran out of cash.

(LSAT is in 170s, and I am out-of-state, for those interested)

Well, they should have been. If they can't handle their admissions stuff, then that doesn't really speak well, does it.

Most likely not. I'll be using the summer to clear my head and trying to save up money for the school year. However, I'll definitely drop anchor in Bloomington by August 1st and take the extra time to get my bearings.

Gracias. And nope. The admit packet is to follow via USPS. But I'm pretty sure they're out of dough at this point (for me, at least). So, I won't press them on it right away. I have until May 13th to commit.

I too was just admitted via email off of the waitlist - super excited. No mention of $$, but I didn't have any from my other option so IUB is still the much better choice, especially considering COL.
