I also got the fee waiver, dated 11 of January. This fee-waivercame solate, I don´t even see a point in submitting an app.

I went to decision at Michigan today, I tried to log into the admitted students site and couldn't so I was rejected.

within 2-3 days at Berkeley. The primary reason is that they use ELECTRONIC apps sent via email rather than PAPER apps sent via snail mail.
