I had a dream, Helm, and you were in it. And I'm a guy. And I'm engaged. To a girl. And I'm happy. I swear.
I was reading a poker message board, and you were posting on there, with the same name and avatar. And in my dream, I found it so funny - Oh wow! Helm plays poker? That's so funny.
That's all.

Still, I must suspect that I'm the first straight guy to whom you appeared in a dream about poker. Of course it involved another message board, so I guess it makes sense.....Helmholtz wrote:Oddly enough, I have made appearances in at least a few TLSers' dreams. To be fair, my dream about Helm was also about the LSAT and completely platonic.dms87 wrote:Still, I must suspect that I'm the first straight guy to whom you appeared in a dream about poker. The consensus is if they ask for your grades they are considering you. Anecdotally, someone mentioned being accepted after having grades requested last fall.hopefullaw27 wrote:Ahhh! I have news. Now that you've said that, it's bound to happen tonight. It will probably be me taking the LSAT wearing nothing but tube socks and playing Texas hold 'em during the break.gahthelaw wrote: i think if any of you guys ever showed up in my dreams without my ever having met you IRL, i'd have to quit TLS.

I don't know, you'd have to ask all the other people who've dreamed about me. I always imagined it to be some type of disembodied placeholder with James Dean's voice.gahthelaw wrote:but would it be you or james dean? or some kind of disembodied 'helm' placeholder?Helmholtz wrote:Now that you've said that, it's bound to happen tonight.
