The key is to play it super cool.... "Oh I got in?... well... cool I guess... I mean... whatever." You can't be too easy.

And there's always the "It's about damn time" or even better the "Hello.... I've been expecting you..."

How about responding like Homer in the Simpsons Movie when the Alaska official hands him 1K dollars. "It's about time! But why?"

When Chicago called me, I think I sounded retarted. I was eatting but I thought it was my sister so I just answered with food stuffed in my mouth and she said "Congratulations" and my response was "Stop it [enter sisters name], I know they arent even open over Christmas break" She then assured me they were and I freaked out.

I called Cornell at about 9:27 am PST when my status checker went to Decision on Dec. 11. As I was saying my goodbyes, I had a call-waiting from an Unknown Number. I was somewhat rushed saying goodbye to Cornell; the Unknown Number was Faye Deal from Stanford.

Quick question, sorry if this has been discussed extensively already. How do interviews at Chicago work? Do they interview all accepted students, like Harvard, is it for borderline candidates (like Georgetown), or is it random? I was updated to UR 1/11, but never had an interview or anything of that nature.
