Thanks, I was beginning to worry I was the only one and I would fly up there only to find out there was a tech glitch.

Well, I called a few times but got a 'busy' operator - it automatically disconnects you if the operator is busy. I just sent an email after the fifth try - not an ideal system for fairly urgent requests loljprath2 wrote:Thanks, I was beginning to worry I was the only one and I would fly up there only to find out there was a tech glitch.

I am generally unimpressed with their support infrastructure.texteach wrote:Well, I called a few times but got a 'busy' operator - it automatically disconnects you if the operator is busy. In via ASW!
Although to be honest I'm gonna be paranoid that it's not true until I get the mail.

For people that have done or are going to do the group interview, what did/will you wear?

Has anyone gotten in without getting an interview first? Wondering if I should even try the ASW since I haven't even gotten an interview request yet

I wore dress pants, a blouse, a blazer, and heels. Men wore suits.ottovon wrote:For people that have done or are going to do the group interview, what did/will you wear?

I wore a business casual dress and heels - most of the men had blazers or suits; Dean Cornblatt was really informal.sdb wrote:I wore dress pants, a blouse, a blazer, and heels. Men wore suits.ottovon wrote:For people that have done or are going to do the group interview, what did/will you wear?

Is anyone in charge of the GULC admitted students for c/o 2020 FB group? Been trying to join for a couple days now but no one has accepted my request.

It took me a while to get accepted, so they probably just don't check often. I think it's run by admissions or student ambassadors from what I can tell.calpolisci2016 wrote:Is anyone in charge of the GULC admitted students for c/o 2020 FB group? How long after alumni interviews do people usually hear back?

In via ASW today. No call, email, letter, or status checker update-- but I'll take it! Applied 11/14, alumni interview 12/23.

I heard back exactly a week later but it was a group interview. Also technically I didn't hear back I guess but the ASW trick workedpatttt wrote:How long after alumni interviews do people usually hear back?

You request a username and password from the homepage of the Admitted Students Website. If the system sends you a username and password that successfully logs you in, and you can view all of the admitted students information, then it is pretty much guaranteed that you have been accepted.mcssports1 wrote:What is the ASW trick?
