I went complete the last week of November. I'm located in Europe.

I am personally of the belief that it takes at least 2 people to come forward to verify a wave of decisions actually occurred, so lets see that 2nd person...

If this person is correct, then someone in NYC should get their acceptance letter tomorrow right? Even if they sent them out today?

Depends. How long does the mailroom take to process a few hundred outgoing packages? At what point does CLS consider a package sent...on and on.

Lot's of applicants abroad ITT though. I can't think of any reason why only one Canadian/European would get a special email.
