Alright, so instead of adding numbers....let's get back to the thread.
What's the furthest back someone is stuck at? I'm at 11/7.

I submitted on 10/18 and am stuck on 10/28 -- the day I was invited to interview. Unfortunately my interview took a month to materialize, as I didn't interview until 11/26.
I'm hoping to receive a decision by next week.

My interview was 11/22, and my status changed 11/23... albeit it has been thanksgiving break, i have not heard anything back, and don't really plan to for a while.darkgrayclouds wrote:I submitted on 10/18 and am stuck on 10/28 -- the day I was invited to interview. I got a letter today from Georgetown saying that I had been accepted into their full time law program. It had a really nice personal note referring to how parts of my personal statement indicated that I was a good fit for GULC.
I applied the 11/5. Complete 11/7, 11/16, and 11/21. I'm an international student with a 171/Above Average.
I'm sorry this is only my first post, but I thought the other 11/21ers out there should keep their hopes up.

Edit: I should be less selfish: congrats on the acceptance!

I received a request for interview! The email didn't say to contact a specific person or to email to a certain address, so I just sent my email as a reply to their email (the address was interview@law.georgetown.edu). Sound right?
I was stuck at 11/7 until I got the email yesterday.

Correct - they will find an alumnus for you, and that person will contact you.

Do they confirm that they have received an interview request or anything that invalidates my concern that just another email to that email address won't get passed over?quaker10 wrote:Correct - they will find an alumnus for you, and that person will contact you.cogitoergosum wrote:I received a request for interview! How long did people wait between interview request and actual interview, though I am sure it varies. I read the attachment, but am curious as to what people have actually experienced.
I'm sure all these questions have been asked. I just don't feel like reading through 50+ pages on this thread, in exchange for a 30 second answer. I imagine others are wondering the same.

I heard from an interviewer within 3-5 days and then scheduled an interview as soon as we could arrange a time..the next week I believe. It all depends on the person, probably.

I'm stuck on 10/11 as well. I'd take a maybe, although the extra waiting would be agonizing. I've still got my fingers crossed
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
Now there's a charge.
