I am sitting with 11/7 as well. My friend applied EA last year and did not hear until January (in with $). So no news is not bad news. Its just no news...

I thought they HAD to tell us by the end of the year. Maybe your friend forgot to check his/her email for a few days or something?

Yeah, I was just as confused. They had his application decision "made" on the 22nd, but he was not notified of what that decision was until the 3rd.

It says mid to late December. I'd think that means it would have to be in December.

I was first complete 11/30ish, and no action until Tuesday, updated to 12/6. I know there were several of us who had that happen - any guesses as to what that could mean?
