You aren't offered one. You have to set it up. It said all of this in the waitlist info. Don't worry, I didn't schedule one either. I had no idea they would move this quickly. You have a couple wonderful options at least Barbie! Give me your UConn acceptance please.

+1 Although the interview went well(normal no frills or indication of my chances offered) I believe the kiss of death might have come later when i thanked them for the opportunity for the interview via Email and the words "thank you for your interest" ended the email. those five words remind me of my BU ding yesterday.

Hah, I hate that tag line. Anytime I see that I am in for disappointment. Hopefully, it will turn out ok for you. My experience has been negative with that as well though.

I was speaking via electronic mail with Mr. Twitty after my acceptance and he ended the email with thank you for your interest. I don't think the salutation has any bearing on your acceptance or rejection. Stay hopeful!!!

yes. maybe theyre so used to saying it that it just spontaneously comes out like a tic of some sort. wishful thinking

Yeah, probably not. I was just commenting that the phrase has always been bad luck for me though.

The salutation prob doesn't really mean anything but I've been emailing him every month since getting WL and he's always said thank you for the continued interested in the first sentence for my emails. Usually ends with keep in touch.

nothing yet. if they said 2pm it will be 2pm. heres an interesting theory while we all wait. imo someone has to pay for all the merit scholarships that have already been given out. thus, what better group than the poor souls waiting for an answer. some of us will bite even at ticket so they will have to accept less steller applicants to cover their scholly losses. just a dismal thought as i anxiously wait for my 4th ding.

The waitlist blog post said if an applicant is willing to pay sticker it could help their chances of getting in and to tell them that.

Anyway, you guys think they'll send out acceptances first or everything together.

In off the waitlist!!!!!!!!!!!! 2.4 167 and just had my interview Wednesday. I'd hightly recommend scheduling one. So excited!!!!
