Columbia posted on their blog on monday myb tuesday that if we havent heard back yet not to worry they are reviewing applications, since then only two ppl heard. Anyone have any guesses when we will hear back?

ive been saying that every day for the last week and a half

if i dont get in by next friday (12/18), im basically calling it a day and expecting a rejection/hold

dear future columbians . . . i'm a columbia UG, and as i walked past the law school on my way to work at 4:50 this morning, i noticed a handful of psychopaths in the library studying. congratulations on your acceptances, but please don't be that guy . . . it's not worth it, you can study at normal people hours and still do fine.

ps if anybody needs questions about columbia, morningside heights, upper westside, new york, etc answered, just pm

if you read this thread, you'll quickly notice that most of us are "that guy"

According to LSN, there are definitely still more than a couple who would be considered before me. I'm predicting it will be one of these 172-3/3.7+ jackasses who had a shot at HYS but instead, decided to keep me from Columbia, probably out of some personal vendetta.
