Stanford accepted 433 last year, and I think about 35 came off the waitlist. So there are likely ~20 straight admits remaining.poliksa wrote:I wonder if people still get accepted after ASW, or if it's just waitlists/rejections at this point.VapidP wrote:Anyone still UR 2016 over here? Also how many spot do we think are left in the FB group if the count is like 388 (according to a friend).

Mmmm, the Thursday before ASW. I feel like chances for admittance fall off a cliff after today. (well, they've already fallen off a cliff, but for real for real)

I did some casual, definitely-not-anxiety-inducing LSN decision date research this morning, and found that the last straight admit seemed to be Apr. 20. So, yea, not that I'm holding out hope, but this week and maybe next seem to be critical. Who wants to join me in chugging coffee while staring longingly at my phone?guppiesbaby wrote:Mmmm, the Thursday before ASW. I feel like chances for admittance fall off a cliff after today. Welp, my somewhat arbitrary deadline for being dead in the water at Stanford has officially arrived. I bid thee farewell, SLS.

Maybe you've not had a chance to look through it yet, but that's literally all this thread is. That's all this cycle is.notorious_mig wrote:Anyone tryna speculate what %age of applications have already been given a decision

I just......don't understand what they're doing with the people who haven't been waitlisted yet. Like why are they even trickling out the waitlists this year

I've been creeping on this site nonstop for a while, and thought I would just share: got a DLS last night and called into their office this morning. Waitlisted, completed 12/14/2016, >75th for LSAT and GPA.
Gonna go drown myself in margaritas, but good luck to everyone on here: I wish you all speedy acceptances!

Gah I really wanted Berkeley but they wouldn't wait for my Feb LSAT. Are you going to the UCLA thing on Sunday (assuming we're not, somehow magically, at Stanford)?HonestlyThough wrote:ditto. and berkeley.notsonotorious wrote:this is why i haven't turned down UCLA yetHonestlyThough wrote:yeah.....our weather is lovelynotsonotorious wrote:no...nyc...HonestlyThough wrote:solidarity and stress. ughhhhnotsonotorious wrote:who wants to go to stanford anyway, with all their brilliant people, small class size and amazing weather.
