Congrats!!! When did you send in your apps and go complete? Did you get many status date changes? I'm starting to worry that I haven't gotten an interview request yet but clearly it's possible to get in without one!

My bad, I should know better.

Sent mid-November, complete shortly thereafter, and a number of date changes--I wasn't keeping track, but at least 4?
I got an interview request, but had to turn it down. That was pretty recently.

Thanks for sharing barrelofmonkeys!

Anyone else stuck at only two complete date changes? My last one was 12/17. I submitted early December and haven't gotten an interview request. The lack of movement is starting to make me worry!

Kenwash-
It took Georgetown about six weeks from my complete date to send me an interview invitation email, so don't worry too much. I guess they are just slower with some of us rather than others. I am still waiting for my interviewer to set a date. Such a painfully slow process!

Hey all,
I applied just about a week ago, but I haven't received an email from Georgetown with the status checker information that I received from most the other schools... Seeing that all of you are talking about status changes, I'm going to assume they send an email with the information, so can I ask, how long did it take before they sent you your username and password?
Thanks!

1) west wing <3
2) It took them a little while to send me mine, but there was actually just an issue with my e-mail address. Double check all that, and then, because it's the holidays, give them some extra time. If you still haven't heard by like, January 8th, then e-mail them. Others may say to e-mail sooner, but I'd give them time.

So I have not been at condo (main address) for the past week, since I am visiting my parents out of town, and I am going absolutely bonkers over the fact that I can't check my mailbox for that nice little GULC envelope.

For those who have been accepted and received the email, approximately how long was the wait between the letter and the email?

I'm trying to decide if my lack of email signifies that I don't have a letter so I can stop worrying.

Question: My status is now "Application Completed"

Was that how it always was and I just didn't notice?

We're pretty sure that's how it has always been. I had a similar freakout a few pages back. Although it was never 100% cleared up - not enough people answered my question lol.

In via snail mail this morning!
Above median LSAT, above 75th GPA. Complete early November and had the interview mid December. Good luck to everyone!

A really long time. I was admitted at the very end of October (actually, I think it was on Halloween) and I didn't receive my email until just before Thanksgiving. That email with instructions for the admitted students' website obviously came much later since it wasn't even active until mid-December.

Same, but I think it may be less that there's always a long time between mail and email and more that the dean didn't write that email until later in the cycle. I'm going off of the information in the email about the admitted students website that placed the email in time and made it sound like it just took them a while to start sending emails at all. I may be wrong though.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?
