Correct me if I'm uninformed, but according to the musings I've heard, it's possible that Priority Reserve essentially puts you on the top of the pile for RD applications. What does Priority Reserve mean? Is it different from the general waiting list? Also, does it matter when I accept the Priority Reserve spot? Like would I be higher up on the list (aka more likely to be let in) if I accept earlier, or does it not matter when I choose to accept it?
