Yeah I'm not expecting anything to go out Monday.
Also, will they be sending out acceptances according to when you applied, or do they mix it up? (And if they do it in batches, what are the dates to be included in the first batch)? As per the last cycle of course!

Pretty sure Columbia sends all of the acceptances for apps received in January and before at once. Check out the decision date graph in the first post. It's one giant spike of green at the end of January.

Next week, I hope. I'd say Columbia's silence is even worse than constantly updated stuff. At least there we can speculate and panic ourselves

It'd be incredible to hear back that fast, seeing as how I just sent my app in. I hope that this is the case, but I have a feeling I'll be saved for later.

I applied with your numbers and around the exact same time last year and I was admitted towards the end of the first wave of VCE's last year...Once they start admitting people at the end of January the VCE's aren't all sent out at once but rather spread out over a week.

That's great to know. I've been creeping your cycle on LSN, by the way.

Yeah, you will probably get both NYU/CLS and then beyond that, who knows...

I am starting to get really nervous about this. I would LOVE to be able to go to Columbia! Who is going to be on VCE watch with me? I guess next week will be quite anxiety ridden... Will anyone who goes to CLS be able to confirm when the admissions office starts sending them out??
Good luck to all! Sorry if bumping this thread made everyone freak out for a second.

If VCE's go out tomorrow; any body know when should people start receiving them?

My guess is ~Wed for people in NYC and the tri-state area.. and Sat/early the next week for WC. So anytime in between for flyover states/others on the Eastern seaboard.

I think sometimes people in major cities on the west coast can get mail before people in less major cities in "flyover states". At least this is what I tell myself in situations like this

good luck to all ; I am guessing waitlist or reject for me.

True, digging through last year LA seemed to get it early, but the first bay area one I noticed, for example, came a bit later.
