anyone get anything in the mail who was admitted before the holidays? I got an acceptance e-mail before christmas and they said they'd send stuff out after new years.......

does anyone know how difficult a 3.0 would be to keep at Tulane, I'm not sure of their curve although im researching it. figure id see if anyone had a quick answer. Thanks!

3.0, according to what i remember from the NALP directory, is just above 50%.

That seems like a generous and very reasonable offer, then... and as far as I know, Tulane is not known for stacking sections.

Just got in via email! 163 / 161 / 3.58!!!

I have been accepted to several schools prior to this, but this is the first one I am legitimately EXCITED about. yayayaya. Email said package coming in mail with scholly info. woooo. woooo.

Edit: Went complete Nov. 4th. Appearently my LSN account has been corrupted and everytime I try and log in it says to contact the webmaster. I will probably just make another account. grr.

i applied 11/5, got the complete/status checker email 11/10. got that "you're still complete" email 12/17, then got acceptance email 1/4

Well they shouldn't stop you from going complete. Have you applied already?
But I don't know if it would negatively effect you to not have them.

after being WLed @ Boulder, and the generous scholly, tulane is looking more and more like where I will be headed. Any other jews in this thread? Their relatively large population is what makes this school intriguing for me.

I emailed Tulane and asked them what to do... was told it would take a while before they got to my application so I might as well apply now, my letters would probably be in before they reviewed it anyway. Just in case anyone else was wondering the same thing

i'm not sure if they were always there, but once i was admitted amounts/due dates shows up on the seat deposit box.

A couple of people, including myself, had their status reupdate to complete the week or two before getting a decision emailed.

Still just complete, but date changed today... 11/30/09 to 01/15/10. I don't think I've always had them, but the 1st and 2nd deposits are listed as 0.00. Are people saying that is a good thing?

I also have the tuition deposits, don't know if there were ever there before. My status changed to 1/14 complete, not sure if this means anything...

I'm going to say they don't mean anything. My file was complete 1/5 for the first time and the seat deposits have always been there.

Jew here! I've been hearing good things about the Jewish pop. at Tulane. I'm still waiting to hear back from them. I went complete mid-Dec.
