Thanks all. I heard some schools will pay for you to go visit campus...anyone know about San Diego? If so do you have to go during a certain day, or is it at your discretion.

I would assume that they don't reimburse travel expenses.
And sometimes you can find info on a given law school's website:

Anyone else recieve the email about admitted students day? I would love to go see the campus. I cant make any decision until I hear about scholarships though. Hopefully in January. Anyone know?

According to the last page, scholarship info is sent out mid-January

Scholly info is released Mid-January.

You have a shot at some good money imo. Check LSN for last few years for an idea.

Like most schools, automatically. They might have some others that you have to apply for, check the financial aid section of their website.

So about how long is the wait from complete to decision sent? I submitted 11/1, went complete 11/12, and my status hasn't changed since. I hope they're not doing auto-admits first and then lower people last. LSP has me as Consider (2.53/163/URM) so here's hoping.

In today via snail mail. Really happy, and I could easily see myself spending three years in San Diego. I'm a little torn though, because I've been accepted to a couple T20-30 schools.

DR 12/22, my letter is in the mail! I'm only in AZ, so here's to hoping it comes by today or tomorrow. Don't want to have to wait until after Christmas.

Just talked to admissions office. The letter is not actually sent yet. They have to print it, sign it, and mail so I probably will not know for another week or two. Basically they are telling me, MERRY CHRISTMAS, enjoy the wait!

wtf my lsat is 4 points higher than you (although gpa .3 lower), ive been complete since 11/13 w/ no movement

I also am part time and was in the first batch admitted back in November. Just because you are PT doesn't mean you have to wait longer.

January's almost here...can't wait for the next batch of decisions!! Based on LSN it looks like we should see a lot of activity in a few weeks...not to mention scholarship info!!

HA I do believe I'm more excited about all of this than I was for anything on Christmas or New Years. Screw the holiday season; DECISION season is coming...
