I was kind of hoping I would get at least a WL, since I was on hold for 120+ days and did an on-campus and off-campus interview (I live far away from Chicago).

I'm waiting on my financial aid, an unless I get $60k+ (which I don't think will happen), I'll be down in Hyde Park next fall at UC.

I don't know if I meet your definition of "recent" or not... I got my preliminary financial aid information on May 7th, and was admitted on the 23rd of April. I also got an update on scholarship funds on the 10th of May, shortly after I deposited.
