I'm going to tread carefully on this one after I opened the e-mail with the "Congratulations!" subject line to read "on going complete" earlier this cycle. Cornell is such a tease.

I don't know. I have a deposit down at UCLA...I might have a decision thread up tomorrow.

we already know how that is going to go down...they'll ask about scholarships andwhere you want to practice...

if you say you want to practice in socal, they'll say ucla, especially if you already have a scholarship there.

if you say you don't know where you want to practice, they'll say cornell.

i hope so too. after talking with them this morning, i got the impression they wouldn't be reviewing reserve applicants until later this week...i guess that isn't the case.

Hi guys! Sorry for the delay in response. I first missed the phone call yesterday & I was told to call the school back ASAP. So, if you have a voicemail from them, that probably means you're getting an offer!!

We only have two days to decide because they want to keep the reserve group moving. No emails--only phone calls!!

Hope that helps!! Good luck!! It's really hard to turn down my alma mater, but Cornell is really an amazing place!!

Pyros just posted that he/she just received an acceptance phone call from Cornell and one from Northwestern within 5 minutes of each other...so I guess Cornell has already begun calling today.

wow...that's pretty freaky, getting the calls back to back like that....is he leaning one way or the other?
