Maybe it's because they're getting ready to release some decisions in a few days and bogged the system down. Probably not, but wishful thinking

I got an email that they received my app on 10/16 and no status checker yet.
Literally 10 mins later I received the status checker email. Nice to know they didn't forget about me!

It seems so pathetic that they are my last status checker email (by FAR) and then the link is broken.

Yes! Even when you find the link on their website and not via email. It says out of service or something if you use that method. Hopefully it will be back up soon.
Mine worked when I went through the website but did not work when I went through the link in email, just FYI.

Also, in re: Why Michigan essay
10/10 recommend writing one. I think Michigan is a school really focused on creating a certain kind of community so it helps to show that you're ~ one of us ~

Also, if any of y'all come for a tour before this semester is over. I give tours Friday @ 3pm 8) which means... in case it was unclear, I, too, am a current student (summer start 1L) free to answer questions.

I'm a splitter.
Is summer start still a thing?
I thought so. I haven't actually started the application yet. Still getting everything in order on LSAC. Maybe they got rid of it.
I think c/o 2020 was the last to offer summer start but I'm not 100%.
yep, you're right. that was the final summer start class.

MUAHAHAHAHA

But also, I'm sorry guys. Summer start was a great experience.

tls c/o 2020 has already taken over the school, so we might as well take over the relevant threads!

Do the bars on campus generally have pbr on tap?
