Classes start tomorrow. After a quick scan of the 2018 thread through October of last year, I didn't see a profile release mentioned.

Everyone is so welcoming and the administration was (and still is) exceptionally friendly. You walk down the halls and people are genuinely supportive of your interest. The campus is pretty beautiful--I went in winter when there was still snow and was not turned off my the weather. Plus the University has one of the best clerk rates. I personally valued that it was a public school. The law school campus isn't on the heart of the undergrad campus, but you still get the vibe. Lastly, they are huge into sports. It's almost clock work to get out of class and catch a game or hangout with classmates--the sense of community at UVA is really something worthwhile.
That's all great to hear - thanks for the response. I won't get down to campus unless accepted and considering it, which will probably mean if I get a scholly.

Just a heads up, it's "Grounds" at UVA, with the law school being on North Grounds.

Appreciate the distinction! I recommend that people visit if time and resources come your way! It is really a historical site worth seeing.

No problem. I don't mean to be pedantic, but you'll understand why UVA people make the distinction if you visit or end up attending. It really is a special place.

OP updated with the c/o 2018 profile. Kind of surprised there are only 306 people in this year's class. I was expecting more with all of the talk of how UVA mismanaged this cycle.
