Waitlisted at two tier ones. Planning on riding them out.

Anyone have any success getting off any waitlists?

In proportion to the amount of schools I applied to, I might be able to lol.

4/18 - Rejections (UVA, Georgetown, U Chi, Michigan)
8/18 - Acceptances (Mich St, SLU, Creighton, BC, BU, Iowa,Wash U,Ohio St)
4/18 - Waitlist Offers (IU, Emory, Penn, NW Hold)
2/18 - Withdrew without a decision because they annoyed me and took too long. (Cornell & UCLA)

Now I am down to the Northwestern Hold (glorified waitlist)

Rejected: 1/22 (mfw

George Washington rejected me)
Waitlisted: 7/22 (Dang east coast schools must not like us Midwesterners).
Pending 2/22. Cornell and northwestern. Northwestern is so slow on my app it says that it is incomplete. I had to call them.

I will likely be withdrawing from all but my top choice next week because I got in there.

Reading a few of the individual threads, yes a very select few. I think in the coming weeks we should have movement as people do/don't deposit and schools need to adapt.
