Have you already registered for the ASD or did they just send you the stipend email?

I received mine without having communicated with the school at all post-acceptance.

Mine did until I submitted the app. I think it updated when I got my scholly info.

Is that the one in April? I don't think I can make that one, but that's the one I wish I could go to!

Mine said the same at first. I am out of state due to military service. When I emailed them they told me "everyone is classified as out of state until they prove they are in-state residents." So your situation should be par for the course.

To add to this, I had almost the exact same interaction except they also told me that it's not a factor in admissions.

Got in today. Has anyone heard about merit aid yet? All the email said is that I am under consideration.

I was admitted on 1/16 and was also told I was being considered for a merit scholarship. It's been 3 weeks and I'm still waiting.

Same. I was offered a much smaller scholarship than I expected. Judging by LSN, they may have given out most of their bigger scholarships early in the cycle.

Toured the law school today. Definitely impressed and enjoyed the class. Didn't seem competitive at all. Really enjoyed everything

I just received my scholarship via mail. A bit disappointing also. $20,000 the first year and $10,000 each following year. University of Richmond, similarly ranked, offered me a full scholarship, but I would much rather go to Colorado law. What do people think is the better choice?

What do you want to do with your JD?

39% of Richmond graduates work in law firms and 34% of Colorado graduates work in law firms.
