I never received a call. I just received an "Accepted" package in the mail. Not quite as formal of a welcome, but a welcome none-the-less.

How many of the admits are early decision? I applied September 15 and every time I look at my status checker it says "applicant status online email." I called the admissions office and the woman I spoke to said they had everything. I'm still nervous about the status checker not reflecting that my application is complete and seeing new admits is not helping...

I was not early decision, but have been admitted to UVA. I also applied right around September 15, but my status checker online never changed--even once admitted. My status page doesnt list a status and still only says "Applicant Status Online Email," even though I've received an acceptance letter in the mail and confirmation via email.

Tell me about it.. Apart from those lucky ones to have an admit already (Congratulations!), we are in the same boat. I submitted mine in the first week of Sept (172/Superior foreign GPA evaluation)... nothing yet..

uhhem... upon further review, the above is correct. I guess I just immediately looked to the typical placement. Instead it's listed above the program drop down menu, but below the orange banner. It's written in sentence form.

aha! now I feel silly... Is it safe to assume then that "We have received your application, and because we have received all the necessary components, it will move forward to the review process" means it's complete?

Been complete since 15th September. No interview requests no calls no nothing. Eh =(
