Just had another Complete, 12/20. I don't think I can handle this.

If I get one more missed call from a Boston number that isn't BU today, so help me TLS gods...

I'm about to get on a train and if I don't get a phone call by the time I get where I'm going.... well, I'll be sad.

If it's swinging through Beantown, pick me up and we can freak out together.

Wait really? Still nothing? Do they like, know you're ED?

That is insane that they made you wait until 4 pm on 12/20 to tell you that you were deferred. Sorry to hear it. Hopefully you'll get in RD soon!

Yeah that seems a bit unreasonable.

Deferred as well. Not thrilled about having to wait until the very last minute to hear that. Oh well.

I gotta think that's a blessing in disguise though, no? Aren't you applying to a slew of higher-ranked schools?

+1. It's been an emotional rollercoaster, I'll say that.

We'll see! Happy to be accepted, despite it not being ED. However, $$$ is a huge factor for me in going to any school so ED would have been ideal (in addition, to the fact that I want to stay in Boston and work in health care - BU's specialty).

Also still waiting here. I didn't apply ED, but I've been following BU on TLS and LSN. Not trying to give anyone false hope, but there are at least two people on LSN who were deferred on the 20th and then admitted today (http://lawschoolnumbers.com/justthebeginning and http://lawschoolnumbers.com/Jizanthapus), both of whom have numbers at or below median. I'm not really sure why the school would do that, but take heart anyone who was deferred.

Did the merit award come after you received the admit packet?
