I'd been in review since my December score went complete on the 3rd, I just had a date change yesterday. Anyone know what that means?

Probably nothing more than your file is moving forward. I had a date change on Jan. 7 and nothing since. I'm guessing they'll be making decisions next week, and many/most of the December people will be part of that wave (based on past years and the fact that they haven't made any decisions for almost a month).

Also in via call today! Very exciting, it's the highest ranked school for me so far! But not quite sure if I want to move back to my alma mater for law school.

New to TLS, also applied to the U of MN early January and I'm wondering when all those admitted today went complete?

I was at a 12/19 complete. Hopefully your wait isn't too long!
