Did anyone else apply/have insight into the Public Interest Law Scholars Program?

I applied, but I just sent in my app on 10/15, so I'm not expecting to hear back yet. I would think we wouldn't hear back on this until later in the cycle, but I haven't read anything. Anyone know?

Honestly, really surprised I got in so early RD. I have a median LSAT but a sub-25% GPA. This could be a really wacky cycle.

I'm at 168 and 3.47

My GPA was slightly lower. I'm a military officer with overseas deployments, and have some civilian service with the federal government. Also have a masters.

Nope. Unless I just got totally frozen out for money.

No. Or not so far anyway. The acceptance was just a two page letter with a note from Dean Cornblatt at the bottom. I assume more details will follow at some point.

Did anyone get the email about interviewing with Alumni in your area? Even if its just some general email I'm super happy about getting another shot to interview. Missed the one with the Dean on Monday because of a work commitment.

Nope. Unless I just got totally frozen out for money.

From reading through last year's GULC, it looks like scholarship offers don't usually come out until the end of the cycle. I wouldn't worry.
