"Final Decision Reached, Notice Issued"

Same as everyone else, so I hope this means they are all Acceptances!

On a side note, I've heard that for current UF undergrads you can circumvent the waiting time and log in to isis to see what the decision is. Can anyone confirm/deny this?

Now instead of obsessively checking the status checker for UF, we get to obsessively take a walk to our mailboxes.

It would seem that UF releases decisions in big batches, I glanced at last year's thread and it seemed to be the same.

Sorry if this is a silly question. Not to familiar with the process schools use to mail decisions, but any word on whether these batches included both acceptances and denials? Do they mail each out at the same time? If not, I would assume these are acceptances since everyone seems to have similarly strong numbers. I am in the same range numbers-wise also.

I received the 'Decision Notice in Transit' today also, 12/9. Went complete 11/22.

Good luck everyone! Chomp, chomp!

Think about it this way. It's still early in the cycle. The December LSAT was just taken and law schools will continue to get a boat load of applications from here on out.

Unless an applicant is obviously not qualified, they won't deny at this point. It doesn't make sense to from the standpoint of admissions playing a numbers game. They'll keep around all the competitive candidates until much later in the cycle when they get a better picture of the applicant pool.

If you got a decision made on Monday (me too!) I think we're in good shape.

Solid points. I'll certainly take the enthusiasm!

I was pretty concerned when I saw the decision had been mailed today via status checker. Thought the turnaround between 'complete' and decision was too fast.

Then I logged on to TLS and saw many other well-qualified applicants seem to have gotten decisions today. So I agree, I think we're in great shape! Fingers crossed!

Any word on the ISIS theory?

EDIT: Took a look myself, you need to have a UFID. I don't believe we receive those as applicants. ISIS is a no-go. Snail mail it is.

Im not aware of that and I have access to ISIS. I think the only thing that gives it away is a seat deposit fee sometime shows up but that was for admits who got in later in the cycle near the seat deposit deadline.

So I just checked my application status for shits and gigs... The 'Decision Made - Notice Issued' line has disappeared from my status check entirely between last night and today.

What on Earth could this mean? Is this the case with those of you who had the same update yesterday?

I feel like I'm taking crazy pills...

Interesting. Only difference on mine is that under the mailings, it says something like "decision letter in transit" with today's date.

Also, given your avatar, I totally read that last line in your post in the voice of Steve Buscemi.

Haha, I was going for Mugatu but I suppose the avatar wouldn't perpetuate the proper voice... Thought about it in Buscemi's voice after reading your reply and it actually wasn't bad either.

Under mailings, my 'Letter in Transit' indicator disappeared. Very odd...

Ah, yes, Mugatu. Went right over my head. But if you say it with the right inflection, Buscemi is just as good.

Anyway, I'd probably e-mail/call the office if it still hasn't changed by tomorrow/Thursday.

For those of you with a "notice issued" status, try to not get too overanxious. I live about an hour from Gville and my decision took more than a week to arrive in my mailbox...

Congrats! Did that come with the acceptance packet? If not, when were you accepted and what are your stats?

Still in comparative review. :( Getting into UF would be a great Christmas present.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
