Good luck everyone. Current 1L here and would be happy to field some PM questions when I have the time about applications/UVA in general (though no promises on how quickly I reapond or how useful I could even be).

If anyone has been able to successfully submit their application (without the suppressed answers), please let me know.

Here is the list of problems I am having:

My answers are suppressed for the activities questions, skype user name, and iphone facetime. I also cannot fill in the certification.

I will call the LSAC technical help service in the morning once they open up and let you guys know what their response is.

For the record, I was having the same problems ("answer suppressed," certification blank) but submitted regardless figuring oh well, I saved my answers they must be there. It allowed me to submit (which I don't think it would without certification) and I have already been emailed by UVA saying they got my application. So hopefully it's all good. Hope this helps.

Had the same issues with the application. Submitted, received email, and status checker leading sentence is:

We have received all the pieces of the application from you that we require for it to be COMPLETE. The next part of the process is the review stage.

So, I assume I'm good to go unless I hear something else.

By assume, I mean I immediately emailed the admissions office letting them know that if they require any additional data from me to let me know. I had to email them to let them know that I am deployed and unreachable at my cell phone number anyway, so I tagged on a couple sentences about the possible issues with sections 10, 14 & 15.

I'll let you know if I hear anything.

I spoke with someone of the phone from the admissions office yesterday and they said they were having these same problems across the board, and that they had already contacted LSAC. They also said it was fine to transfer the app if it was otherwise complete.

Submitting today v. tomorrow/later this week can't possibly have a significant impact upon one's chances of admission or scholarship eligibility. That's all complete speculation, but I'd bet it's a valid assumption. So chill everybody. Pour yourself a stiff one and check your fantasy leagues.

I submitted yesterday, then contacted UVA to ask what was up and if I needed to correct anything. They responded almost immediately and said they were aware of the issue and the blank answers won't have any impact on my application being reviewed/being considered complete.

Yep - especially if you eclipse the LSAT score needed for Penn.

Submitted. Guess I'll hear something within the next 20 days. I feel like I'm just trading one waiting period, June's LSAT, for another, UVA. I know what I should do, relax because I have other options, but I want this badly, so I'm hoping for an acceptance phone call in the near future.
