This has indeed been a gut wrenching cycle. When I applied to schools during undergrad years ago decisions both good and bad were 6 weeks max I've waited 15+ weeks for all of my schools this cycle. I thought it would have been quicker this time around given drop in applicants, etc but I guess schools just don't know what to do with me... I've only made it onto 1 waitlist at a top tier school the rest have not given any type of decision...
This cycle seems to be hit or miss in terms of timeframe. I've heard back reasonably quickly (with the exception of held status @ Northwestern), while others have had less luck. And it appears to be random as well.
Have you considered LOCI at other schools??
