Their numbers must be pretty well above Emory's medians for such a quick admittance.blueruditio wrote:In as well.
Blueruditio, how were you contacted with the acceptance? And what are your numbers?

Congrats to those who got in! Looking at LSN, all the decisions were extreme splitters and they all got $.

To be clear: Congratulations to all who got in, especially since it looks like you guys got some awesome scholarship packages! I just didn't want people thinking that Emory was pulling out some miracles for splitters.

I see you're URM, still waiting anxiously with all the other non-urms around.

Let the compulsive mailbox checking begin!
I'm actually happy that the decisions come the old fashioned way. I like the feeling of seeing a big envelope in the mail instead of seeing an email w/ "Congratulations" in the heading. Plus all the TTT punk you so much that it kind of takes away from it.

When did you submit your application? And did they email you that your file was being reviewed like the dean said? I put my app in pretty early and I'm in the same boat as you. URM with a higher LSAT and little lower GPA than you. The wait is killing me but at least hope is alive.JXander wrote:In today via snail mail! Scholarship of $81k over three years. Praying for some money this year, especially in light of this:

Got a call this morning from unknown Georgia number. Not the Emory dean though, just a Mercer Law 1L. Fail.
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
