I've signed a lease in the city where I'm attending law school and have officially withdrawn my name from the Emory waitlist. So it may be useless to y'all depending on whether I was going to get in, but it may also help one of you get in. Best of luck.

I'm pretty disappointed myself. But we do have new LSAT scores coming out soon so I bet that may be the hold up for now. Hopefully spots will open up for us soon

Has anyone attempted to contact admission's to see if they've gone to the wait list since the second seat deposit?

I hope you are right! The June LSAT scores come out Friday so that may influence their timetable.

Yesterday I received an email from Ethan (reiterate my interest in attending if I am still interested). He wanted a quick reply. I have just withdrawn. Still not sure I have made a right(!) choice, though.

Don't be so sure...I got in off the wait list with what has to be one of the lowest LSATs possible because of my high GPA
