Also, anyone receive any interest calls today? It's my birthday, and what I wouldn't give for a birthday call from Michigan! It would make the next several trips around the sun the happiest ones of my life!

I have a quick q for the people who have gotten interest calls - have you guys generally kept in touch with the admissions office?

I sent a LOCI a couple weeks ago but haven't contacted them beyond that, so I'm wondering if there is any sort of correlation between how often you reiterate your interest and likelihood of receiving a call.

(in other words I'm just madly speculating/going crazy because of the suspense

)

(Sorry, zsu.) No, I didn't really do anything special other than sign up for the waitlist. However, I did write the "Why Michigan?" essay in the app, and part of me felt that an LOCI would be redundant (nothing special happened in the time that lapsed).

Long-time lurker, popping in to say that I got an interest call on Tuesday and an offer on Thursday.

For those who are interested, non-URM and sent one LOCI in February. I had totally given up hope, so those of you who are still waiting--hang in there!!

Wow, congrats!! Mind sharing stats? And I take it you accepted? Where had you deposited at before the call?
