I submitted my application on 9/15 and it showed as complete on 9/19; doesn't say "under review" though, still says "ready for review"
FWIW I had a waiver, but not PT - didn't think to request it when I solicited the waiver.
I looked at the graph from last year though and it seems that by next week last year Duke had started doing non-PT decisions so hopefully will hear something soon...Duke is one of my very top choices.

That's true, but unfortunately they haven't even begun doing PT decisions yet this year

If we don't hear anything today/tonight, then I guess it will be next week before they issue any decisions.

FWIW - A few of us submitted on 9/15, then went complete/under review on 9/19 via PT.

Mine updated on 9/20 to be the "current status" late the next day as still under review. Hasn't budged since then. I expected that it would keep going up each day, but it hasn't. My status date is still 9/20. I'm not sure if that is informative in any way, but there you have it.

Looking at lawschoolnumbers.com, it would appear that Duke began accepting applications 9/1 last year instead of 9/15 as they did this year.

I wonder if they are just going through, sorting everyone with decisions made and then the email goes out in a big batch. I can't think of another reason why it wouldn't be instantaneous. Let's see if people keep ticking over. Like I said though, last year people got the email at like midnight sometimes last year.
