How do we know which review we´re under? Do they split it the same way as penn and say committee review right on the status checker?

if you haven't received either one of two emails a few weeks ago stating you were going under committee review, you're not in it.

No. There was a January CR that heard back Feb 18 at the latest, and a Feb CR that hears back March 18 (or around there) at the latest.

Unless you're an autoadmit (and if you were you would likely have been notified by now), you should expect a ding.

I appreciate your honesty. However, I think that since I went complete so late I will allow myself to live in a deluded fairytale dream for at least another two weeks, where I am accepted (with a full scholarship) and waltz into Berkeley in September. Like my plan?

At the top of the status checker it will say, "Your application at UC Berkeley Law School has passed an initial administrative review and has been selected for further consideration by the Faculty Admissions Committee."
