Any predictions for RD admissions? When do they normally let in ED? Im assuming RD will have to wait until after ED?

Using last cycle as an example, lots and lots of people were getting their acceptance PDFs late into the cycle (Apr, May, June).

RD is up to 8 weeks from the time you go complete, unless you submit before 12/1, in which case your 8 wks starts on 12/1Snape wrote:Any predictions for RD admissions? When do they normally let in ED? Im assuming RD will have to wait until after ED?

Re: Northwestern 2011 Applicants
i applied last month, online tracker still says incomplete, is this because I haven't done my interview yet?
Interview is scheduled for the 21st.
3.9, only 165 on LSAT, but took GMAT and got 760 so sent that.
applying straight out of undergrad so zero work experience but I'm hoping for the best.

Correct, your file is not complete until your interview is completed.emoney8907 wrote:i applied last month, online tracker still says incomplete, is this because I haven't done my interview yet?

Re: Northwestern 2011 Applicants
My interviewer predicted a waitlist for me after telling me exactly what he was going to tell NU about me.
The guy was awesome. I asked him a lot about LGBT life at NU, and he just went off on a tangent about how the two hottest girls in his class ended up falling in love.
Ahhh, Northwestern. I want to go to there.

My interviewer said I'd have no trouble getting in, but I'm pretty sure I am. LOL.

So I indicated on my application that I would be submitting a CPE. I have reminded my boss about it a few times, but am getting tired of trying to get him to submit it. If I never get a CPE submitted, will Northwestern still make a decision in my application?

Re: Northwestern 2011 Applicants
I remember reading somewhere that they will consider your application "complete" whether or not they receive a CPE. I'm in a similar boat... I'm not sure if my boss got around to filling it out before she skipped town...oxford_don wrote:So I indicated on my application that I would be submitting a CPE. Re: Northwestern 2011 Applicants
I thought I'd go back to emails from my cycle last year an post my dates:
Submitted: 10/30/09
Complete: A few days later (apparently I either didn't save the email or get a complete email)
Status checker email: 11/5/09
Admit email from Sarah Arimoto-Mercer: 1/13/10
(me stammering for a while)
Finaid email describing how to apply for aid: 1/22/10
Somewhere in late Feb I believe I received a physical admit packet and info for "Day at NU Law." I requested a deferral before I received any info on aid awards.
Hope that's useful.

Me too...he said I had good WE and that my LSAT score was "competitive" (right...). He did say, though, that NU LOVES west coast applicants and that would help me out...don't know how much that would help. My interviewer also said he would give me a really good recommendation so I should have no problem getting in. But I think he is mistaken, unfortunately lol.Aggiegrad2011 wrote:My interviewer said I'd have no trouble getting in, but I'm pretty sure I am. LOL.

That's interesting about the Left Coast. I wonder why? Maybe they just don't get as many...? I hope it's true, anyway!Gotti wrote:Me too...he said I had good WE and that my LSAT score was "competitive" (right...). My residency is on the best coast, but I went to school on the east coast. I hope they don't hold it against me!nematoad wrote:me threee!!!Gotti wrote:NZA wrote:That's interesting about the Left Coast. I wonder why? Maybe they just don't get as many...? You bailed for the Least Coast? East = Past. West = Future.evandm wrote:My residency is on the best coast, but I went to school on the east coast. I hope they don't hold it against me!
Anyone else find it humorous the school is North-WEST-ern? And it's in the middle?

I like your chances, I can't imagine they get many "Oh I worked at NASA" applicants.krad wrote:I want NU guhhhhh dream school!
