I applied ED and got a voicemail that said I was accepted this afternoon!!!

Why do you assume it's a deny, vs an accept or WL???

No associated phone call, or e-mail, I assume?

Although I doubt they call for the WL, I'm sure they'd e-mail.

can someone who got accepted please check their status? does it also say "decision sent" or "congratulations- admitted" or anything like that? thanks!

Yep. No call or email. And the people who were called above didn't have a status change yet.

I was ED at 164 and 3.15, out of school for 2+ years, firm experience. So I really did not expect to get in or even waitlisted. But hey, if I am on the WL, that would be great.

That makes sense. They want to attract people who are technically on the fence about attending (RD apps) by giving them quick responses whereas EDs have to attend so they don't have the incentive to give a quick response.

Which seems counter-intuitive, since ED is all about an EARLY decision, LOL.

Also thought it was a bit strange that the denial served as a fee waiver for a transfer application. Do all schools do that? Odd.

Any ideas when RD decisions will start to be sent out? Or if they've started already? I've been in review since 11/19, and am above their LSAT 75th...
