Wow! that quickly....thats a ridiculous turn around time!

Quickly?? They started accepting apps in september I believe. A lot of people will have multiple decisions by the time UCB decisions come out..

Yes took me 27 days to go from submit to complete. I think the decisions that come out mid November will be September applications. Well I hope.

Well if we are under the assumption that they have been reviewing since September, then those decisions released by November I would also assume would include most if not all of the submissions up to that point.

Hello everybody. I am extremely psyched to be applying to Berkeley. My 171/3.69 is going to be a tough one. I understand that having an strong upward trend (starting at 3.52 freshman year and improving every semester until my last semester was a 3.9x) could make some little bit of difference. Do you think I should point out this upward trend in my PS (or elsewhere in my app), or just rely on the ad comms to notice it on my transcript?

You could write an addendum and upload it along with your application on LSAC, or if your upward trend was caused by something that you could work into your PS, then you could definitely put it there.

So I went complete on 11/2 but haven't seen the whites of Berkeleys eyes. then I found this:

If you have not received an email containing your login and password
Please be patient. We send these out in regular batches as new applications are received. You can expect to receive an email containing the information you need to check your application status online within approximately one to two weeks aftersubmitting your application.
We also suggest that you check your bulk mail folder. In the past our emails have sometimes been directed to bulk, spam, or junk mail folders. If you believe that you should already have received an email with your login and password based on when you submitted your application, or if your email address has changed


So it sounds like once we go complete, it takes another 7-14 days to get the status checker since they send them out in batches. I am going to have a charlie brown moment.
