A decision to make a decision...stupid IMO

and it's even more ridiculous when you consider applicants on last years' threads who were deferred, then later placed on reserve, and then summer waitlisted.

plus some people listing stats did get the deferral...it seems like it would be more helpful if people listed their status along with their information.

Yeah, it'd make more sense if in the stat request people specified whether or not they went to decision.

LOL, I'm kidding. But yeah, I did notice some of those people were deferred and didn't say so, adding to the uselessness of that progression. I put status on mine, cuz I'm smooth like that.

I think the original idea was to compile a list of people who hadn't gone to decision yet... Whatever, the stats aren't exactly clarifying anything.

this is why some of us started listed their stats, because we were asked to. I guess we're sheep.
