Not overly optimistic about getting a decision today seeing as my last LOR was finally sent to Penn on 1/26 and my "Why?" essay wasn't received until 1/29 but good luck to everyone else!

Don't know exactly myself, just reporting what others have said earlier in the thread. I recall reading that admits who are being considered for different named scholarships are invited to apply for them, sometimes with an extra essay or interview. Can anyone else shed more light on this?

FWIW, my SC didn't update until late in the evening the day I was accepted. Can't speak to how fast it changes for WL/ding, but I would guess probably about the same speed.
