I called Fedex and there is no package listed for me. Oh well. I just hope it's not a "ding dong the witch is dead" scenario.

Still nothing on Fedex. Looks like it's a ding or a W/L. At least there'll be closure.

Does anyone know how long it is supposed to take for the letters to arrive? Mine was mailed on the 13th and it still hasn't come.

One person had decision mailed 16th, didn't get it until 22nd.

Decision came today! Wait list! I'm actually so excited and grateful that it is not a ding.

Waitlist arrived today via USPS. 165/4.0 and 3/18 complete date. Will likely be withdrawing from the WL because I intend to take another year, retake, and reapply. Based on LSN, I have one of the more competitive Vandy WL apps. But all the WL/Accepted from the 2012-2013 cycle received very low scholarship offers. I don't see the advantage to staying on the WL if I feel comfortable waiting and feel uncomfortable with those likely scholarships.

I have a waitlist interview and visit tomorrow at Vanderbilt. Can anyone give me any hints of the questions they would ask? Also, is their any thing that I should know going to Vanderbilt tomorrow?

I got this email a couple of days ago:

"The waitlist is still active, although our class is currently full. We will continue to look to the wait list if spots open up within the class, right up to orientation on August 11. Thank you again for checking in, and I'll note your continued interest in VLS."
