I have been complete since 11/4 (RD non PT) with no changes. I have not even gone under review. should I be concerned at this point?

just wanted to say I'm impressed by Duke's adcomms. Already under review three days after sending my app and I'm not PT. Hoping these fast updates mean a fast decision. :)
