Congratulations!mylifeis24 wrote:Just received an email from Director of Admissions who I interviewed with yesterday. Admitted! Very excited about UVA and looking forward to learning more about the school. Good luck to you all!

Waitlist (last week, just had the courage to post it now). Was pretty shocked and upset. I know my GPA was below the median, but UVA's median is really high so I thought my 17x LSAT would help balance my 3.8x GPA.
Bummed.

To be honest, this is gonna make me sound like a dick, but no I didn't because I didn't think I needed to. I went to a peer school in VA for undergrad and I felt that that was enough of a connection for them to know that I was a serious student and that I would choose to stay in VA again.Travis12 wrote:Did you write a "Why UVA"?andapieceoftoast wrote:Submitted in early Oct.
