But I'll probably be at NYU
What added info? I'm so confused.

But really sin, you shouldn't post here until you get in.

Don't worry, this has no effect on your chances.

So no... maybe offers are coming next! Or Asha went through all our apps, determined how shitty they were, and realized that she needed to look at a new batch of apps

When did you apply? Did they email you "complete" or something?

Nope, it was a lady in admissions who, sternly told me that I was wasting my time. On my our way out my wife was complaining that the website was wrong and that the lady was, kurt, it was at that moment that we passed a lady that I'm 99% sure is Asha.
What were you doing that she said was wasting your time? Walking by?

Wasting my time by trying to do a self tour.
Well you should have known better

I applied quite literally moments before the extended deadline. I got an email saying my application is now complete and that they would contact me again when a decision has been reached. Also said "the majority of our decisions are made in February, March, and April"

the most frustrating thing is the radio silence (complete very early december), knowing both that I'm probably like a 10 on their faculty review scale and that I'm not likely one of the few 10s that have a happy ending.

Pretty sure of yourself, huh? Thinking at least one prof gave you a 4...

Safe to assume at this point that we will be waiting until March 28-29 to receive our rightful rejections?

Would that be valid even for those who applied on March 4th? My application was "complete" on March 7th. Is it not too early to lose hope?
