10/25 Submit..First UR 12/7, Second UR 12/22. Seems like a few people got the second update yesterday

Someone I know called the admissions office and they indicated that they are looking at RDers and may be taking more EDers next week (speculative)

I'm not sure if that makes sense given who was admitted. If they wanted further review ED applicants in light of what the RD pool looksl like it would've made sense to admit people with the highest indexes and then judge the borderline aps later. We don't really see that. Either more ED admits are coming next week (which I think is most likely, but can't figure out why there's a gap in admissions), they picked random names out of a hat, or admissions went beyond numbers.

I am RD and am also hoping that it is good news but it probably doesn't mean anything. Its strange that they have updated on a Christmas sunday though.

Yeah, there didn't seem to be many EDs last week. Hopefully, they will let more of us in this week

There weren't that many of us applying ED, and there are 7 acceptances on LSN for this cycle vs. 6 for the last - not that this is representative of the entire ED applicant pool, of course, but maybe of the people on TLS?

I'm still on 12/14 as well. And all the rejections/WLs seem to come the last possible day they have to give us a decision. Yayyy.
