Yeah, I actually get that, too. Ever since submitting my applications, I don't think there's a site (other than ESPN, of course) that I visit more frequently than TLS. Can't escape this never ending cycle of self-reinforcing paranoia.

Same. I also keep wanting to discuss/allude to things I've read on TLS, but it's difficult to explain to real life people my addiction to an anonymous internet forum.

I think Penn said their EDs were going to start coming out on Friday, but I'm not sure.

Just stressing out in general. It's finals week over here so the possibility of hearing back from schools is putting my stress level over the edge.

But RD starting next week according to the same Penn post. That's why I need NYU to get these RDs out this week, I'll get laid off from spending too much time on TLS at work if I have both of my top choices releasing decisions the same week.

Totally understand that. Been there (not the KB2 but the extreme finals stress), so I know how much it sucks. At least the exams will be over sooner than later, though, which should allow you to bask in your acceptances for a bit.

Waiting for confirmation of my "alum route" call has put me in a state of constant anxiety. Ahhhh what if they made a mistake!

My husband thinks I'm nuts. He's probably right. But I want NYU so much, it's making me completely paranoid.

When RD decisions do come out, is there some sort of an order? Do the decisions correspond to submission dates or at first they take the most qualified applicants?

We don't know. No RDs have come out yet this year and they aren't following the same pattern from previous years, which involved releasing RD first with some, but not total correspondence to submission dates.
